Ok, so who is Buddy? And what's the big deal about his tail?

Our dog Buddy was about to be euthanized before we got him. He had been in a kennel for the first four years of his life, labeled " unadoptable". He was missing his tail, his little body riddled with scars from whatever got a hold of him. You would think that he would be an unsavable dog. Well, you would be wrong. This sweet dog smiles at everyone he meets and is just a big ol' black blessing. I named my venture Buddys Tail to give him his mojo back in a way. But just because that tail is not there, doesn't mean he can't wag it like the best of them. Sometimes we lose things... Or those we love. Doesn't mean they are gone. You can often find them in someone's smile, in the grace of a small act of kindness or even in the furious wagging of a scarred up nub. Be somebody's tail today.
